Alexander Berger is Of Counsel to the Firm’s Real Estate Department.  Alex represents land proprietors and developers in all aspects of transactional real estate, including the acquisition, disposition and financing (capital market transactions) of commercial properties nationwide, commercial leasing (retail, office, industrial and multi-family) on behalf of landlords, tenants and joint ventures.

Alex received his Bachelor of Arts from New York University in 1997.  He earned his law degree from New York Law School in 2000.  Alex is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and New Jersey. Alex is fluent in Russian.
